The Ophthalmology Journal Club is overseen by the Board of Directors of the Kansas City Society of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology. Only members of the Kansas City Society of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology are eligible to be members of the Ophthalmology Journal Club (or OJC for short).
The Journal Club has a rich tradition going back over several decades. Journal club events is a great way to meet with your colleagues, and a chance to get to know the ophthalmology residents from our two local programs, receive current evidence-based education, and earn CME.
The Program Chair of the Ophthalmology Journal Club is responsible for planning Continuing Medical Education programs for its members throughout the year.
